Intellectual property is often a company's most valuable and least protected asset. Our IP department identifies protectable assets at incorporation, registers and monitors them locally and internationally, and enforces them, settling amicably where possible, litigating before SAIP and the competent courts, and arbitrating where settlement is not reached.
AZ&P holds an Intellectual Property Agent Licence from the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) and protects and manages portfolios of more than 100 IP assets.
