Company Formation & Licensing

Introduction

Setting up companies, branches and regional headquarters, with the licences and registrations they need to operate.

White stone fins rising from a solid base

The right structure at the start saves cost and conflict later. We help Saudi and foreign investors choose the right vehicle, whether a limited liability company, joint stock company, branch, holding company or regional headquarters, and take it through incorporation, licensing and registration.

We work under the Companies Law in force since January 2023 and the Investment Law in force since February 2025, which replaced foreign investment licensing with registration at the Ministry of Investment, and we draft the articles of association and partner agreements the business will run on.
