Economic & Corporate Crime

Introduction

Preventing, investigating and defending fraud, bribery, money laundering and other economic crime, for companies and their directors.

Heavy grey clouds gathering in the sky

Our Economic & Corporate Crime department helps companies prevent, investigate and respond to misconduct, and represents companies and their directors when matters reach the authorities.

We act before the Public Prosecution, the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) and economic crime committees, define the scope of liability for the company and its executives, and work to recover assets lost to economic and financial crime.
