Succession & Estates
Introduction
Succession planning for business families, and the liquidation and division of estates, including family companies.

The moment ownership passes between generations is when family businesses are most exposed. We plan succession in advance through family constitutions, shareholder arrangements and the transfer of ownership between generations, so the business keeps running and the family stays together.
When an estate opens, we act for heirs and executors on inventory, valuation, liquidation and division, including estates the courts refer for liquidation to the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath). The liquidations and estates we have handled cover assets of 10 billion.
