Internal work regulations and HR policies

Introduction

Internal work regulations, disciplinary rules and HR policies that comply with the law and work in practice.

Internal work regulations, based on the Ministry of Human Resources model, are the rulebook for working hours, leave, promotions and discipline. A penalty that the approved regulations do not provide for is hard to defend before the labour courts.

Beyond the regulations, employers need policies on remote and flexible work, overtime, conduct and harassment, employee data and the use of company systems. These must reflect the Labour Law, the Anti-Harassment Law and the Personal Data Protection Law, and be applied consistently.

We draft and update regulations and policies, take them through approval and publication, and train HR teams to apply them, so decisions on discipline and dismissal stand up if they are challenged.
