Sector licences and permits

Introduction

Identifying and obtaining the licences an activity needs from its regulator, and keeping them valid as the business changes.

A commercial registration lets a company exist; it does not always let it operate. Financial services need the Saudi Central Bank or the Capital Market Authority, healthcare needs the Ministry of Health and the Food and Drug Authority, telecoms and digital services need the Communications, Space and Technology Commission, and factories, hotels, schools and events each have their own regulator.

Licensing conditions often shape the company itself: minimum capital, Saudi managers, qualified staff, premises and systems. We identify these conditions at the start, so the structure, the budget and the timetable are built around them rather than corrected later.

We prepare and follow applications with the regulator, answer its questions, and manage renewals, changes of control and new activities that require fresh approval.
