Incorporation and commercial registration

Introduction

Taking a company from a reserved name to a trading entity: the articles, the commercial registration and the registrations every business needs from its first day.

Incorporation in the Kingdom now runs largely online through the Ministry of Commerce and the Saudi Business Center. The steps are well defined: reserving the trade name, agreeing the articles of association, depositing capital where required, issuing the commercial registration and recording the managers and the ownership details.

Registration does not end at the commercial register. A new company must also register with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the General Organization for Social Insurance, the Ministry of Human Resources platforms and the municipality, and, under the new Commercial Register Law, confirm its registered data every year.

We prepare the documents, coordinate with the authorities and keep the timetable moving. We also set up the company's records from the start, so later changes, such as new partners, capital increases or new activities, are simple to make.
